SINGLE STOREY EXTENSION - Removal of first floor side extension from the description Drawing No10 A Date stamped 4 October 2011.
No objection on the basis that the proposed extension is simply a small utility room on the ground floor.

CONSTRUCTION OF A DETACHED 4 BEDROOM HOUSE WITH ADJACENT BUILDING TO ACCOMMODATE 4 CLASSIC MOTOR CARS WITH 2 GUEST BEDROOMS WITH BATHROOM AT FIRST FLOOR
No objection to the proposal for the house, although we refer to our comments on the design as made in connection with the previous application (WD/2011/0957/F) that it has no reference to local styles and appearance and is not in keeping. We also would like confirmation that the proposed building is within the development boundary. Regarding the garage, we welcome the resiting but question the proposed mass.

No objection, however we regret the loss of a garage.

We have no evidence or knowledge on the history or uses of the site that can verify or dispute the allegations.
8. Urgent issues at the discretion of the Chairman for noting
Cllr Standley mentioned the possibility of a proposal to instal low level lights on the pathway at the recreation ground. The committee recognise the Council’s duty of care and agreed they would have no objection if a sensible proposal were made.
Cllr Berger reported back on his attendance at the recent Wealden Planning Panel, and in particular the guidance on planning applications for domestic wind turbines and solar panels.
