Partial like with like reroofing with addition of roofing felt
We support this application as it will improve the insulation to some extent as well as the weatherproofing.

WD/2008/1580/F  The Coach House Cousley Place, Cousley Wood
Conversion of roof space to include rear first floor extension.
No objection as the proposal is not generally visible by the public. It is questionable however that it would fully comply with Building Regulations.

WD/2008/1162/F  Blue Caps Stud Farm, Sleepers Stile Road Lower Cousley Wood
Amended plan to show reduction in size of conservatory drg. No.2991 01 Rev A date stamped 4 July 2008
No objection as the proposal is an improvement over the previous one
