1.            To receive apologies and reason for absence.
2.            To receive declarations of interests on items on the agenda.
3.            To approve the minutes of the meeting held 22nd September, 2011.
4.            To determine matters arising from the previous minutes.
5.            Public Forum – time limit 15 minutes.
6.            To report and review the following:
6.1          To review progress with 20 is plenty
6.2          To review progress regarding Turners Green Road
6.3          To agree 2012 meeting dates
7.            Highway matters
7.1          To receive report regarding possible remedial action for trees rooted in rocks opposite Best Beech pub
7.2          To review progress regarding ESCC Road Safety event
7.3          To discuss actions to be taken regarding rock at pavilion lower car park
7.4          To review progress regarding Station Road parking
7.5          To discuss formation of a speed reduction group, identify speeding hotspots and agree remedies
7.6          To discuss possible extension of Turners Green Road scheme to cover area around lower pavilion car park
7.7          To review progress regarding Bewl Bridge Lane and Hook Hill Lane
8.            Transport matters
9.            Lighting matters
9.1          To consider a review of the number of streetlights in the High Street
10.          To consider maintenance/operating issues and improvements and authorise expenditure.
10.1        To review progress regarding snow plan, grit guardins, grit bins, requests received and formulate a policy for the provision of grit bins
10.2        To review progress regarding  the requirement to provide more ‘Wadhurst Parish Footpath Maps’
11.          Budget.
11.1        To review spend to date
12.          Urgent issues at the discretion of the Chairman for noting or inclusion on future agenda.
