1.         To receive apologies for absence.
2.         To approve Minutes 3.09.08 as a true record.
3.         To determine matters arising from the previous Minutes for updating and noting.
4.         Public Forum.
5.         Lighting:

• To review and agree revised Lighting Agreement with East Sussex County Council
• To authorise lighting repairs

6.         Highway matters:

• To consider response from Sussex Safer Roads Partnership on request from resident for a speed camera to be installed at the Lower High Street.
• To note comments from ESCC and Police on position of posts/width of pavement at Cousley Wood.
• To consider parking issues in the Lower High Street (Kingsley Court and Walters Cottages), Blacksmiths Lane/St. James’s Square and the junction of Sparrows Green Road/Cockmount Lane.

7.         Bus transport

• To approve continued support of Community Bus service between Wadhurst and Crowborough until 31.03.2010.
• To consider ESCC review of supported local bus services.
• To consider removal of graffiti from bus shelter opposite the station.

8.         Urgent issues at the discretion of the Chairman for noting or inclusion on future agenda.
