High View  Dale Hill – loft conversion to include one south facing dormer window and two north facing velux windows using existing stairs  - Mr Bates of that address
Applicants present, who explained that their proposal matched that in the other side of this semi-detached building.  No objections received.  Recommendation for approval

Ticehurst RR/2008/3372/P

Kiln Byre Wadhurst Road, Ticehurst – Amendment to extension approved under RR/2008/2174/P – Mr Bullock of Bullock Design  11 High Street  Tunbridge Wells Kent - Recommendation for approval

Ticehurst RR/2008/3408/T

The Bell Hotel – Inspect Ash  in rear garden for cavities and reduce canopy by 25% - remove two Cypress trees to allow for restoration of pig sheds – Mr Upton of that address
It was felt that consideration should be given to planting a new specimen tree that will replace the mature Ash in time and compensate for the loss of the two Cypress trees.   Recommendation for approval

Ticehurst RR/2008/3507/P Rosaem  London Road – change of use of first floor store to motel manager’s flat – Mr and Mrs Measor of that address.
It was felt that this was a reasonable application – Clerk to ascertain when permission was granted for motel use. Recommendation for approval
